Q. Do “Motivational Speakers” really change lives?
A. NO! One speaker on a stage for an hour cannot and will not make the world a better place. What a speaker can do is touch the heart and mind of the person who will make a difference in the world. We are not there to “fix” people that are broken – because most people are NOT broken in the first place. We use highly effective messaging tools to remind people of the power they have within them to make positive change and then equip them with the skills and tools to actually make that change. Our hope is that having us present at your school, conference, faith-based, or community event will be one small yet significant part of the BIG things you are already doing with your youth and community.
Q. Do R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc. presenters ever speak separately where I could invite one of them to our community?
A. Yes. Our presentations and programs are not a “one size fits all.” We understand that each client has specific needs that must be addressed. Each package can be customized to fit the times, numbers and needs required by your school, program, faith-based or community organization. Our diverse team is equipped to handle the many diverse needs of all types of community demographics. We will work extremely hard to ensure that your community gets what your community needs.
Q. Why does it cost money to plan a visit by R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc.?
A. Funds are needed to cover fees related to travel, logistics and time invested by the team. Please note that the R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc. team has committed their lives and livelihood to being agents of change, so sponsored funds enable them to accept more invites on a regular basis and continue to make their passion for positive change their full-time priority.
Q. What role would or could a sponsor play in helping me plan a R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc. Event/Tour?

Q. How much does it cost for a R.E.A.C.H. Speaker / Performer to come to our school or community?
A. R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc. fees are structured at a per day rate. Though many schools, conferences, and communities book us for single presentations, R.E.A.C.H. speakers / performers can do up to 4 one-hour presentations in a day. This includes any combination of services. We will be flexible in assisting you to set up a plan that works best for your event, conference, community, or school district.
Q. Do you offer discounts for multiple days?
A. Yes. Our main goal is to play a small part in the big things you are doing in your community. So we are willing and able to make fee adjustments based on numbers of days planned and number of presenters requested. We also offer discounts for referring us to other potential clients.
Q. What makes R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc. different from other “Speakers’ Bureaus”?
A. Our Speakers / Performers do not want to show up to your school, conference or community, go on stage for an hour, do our thing, pack up and leave. It is our desire to move the audience from inspiration to action. That is why we offer hands-on, interactive workshops as a supplement to our large group presentations at no extra charge. It’s not enough for us to just leave the audience with a nice “warm fuzzy” feeling. We want to equip them with practical skills, tools, and resources that they can immediately begin to activate in their own lives.
Q. Is having a R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc. presentation the best idea for our school, conference, or community?
A.Yes! However, we understand that in order for our presentations to truly have an impact, they must go beyond being a powerful moment to a therapeutic movement. It is vital that the R.E.A.C.H. message be practical, relevant, sustainable, and part of a bigger picture. That is why an important component of our presentations is training and equipping Prevention Specialists, Coalition Members, Social Workers, School Staff, Church Youth Workers, Parents, and Caring Adults to do what we call Effective Aftercare. R.E.A.C.H. will train these adults how to engage, recruit, activate, and prepare young people to become effective agents of change in their communities.
