Fee Structure:

R.E.A.C.H. Communications, Inc. fees are structured at a per day rate. Though many schools, conferences, and communities book us for single presentations, a R.E.A.C.H. spokesperson or performer can do up to 4 one-hour presentations in a day. This includes any combination of services. For example, some may have a presenter do an opening keynote, present a workshop, and close a conference all in one day. Others have booked a presenter to speak at a variety of schools in the district and then share the fee. We will be flexible in assisting you to set up a plan that works best for your event, conference, community, or school district.

* * Prices will vary for presentations/performances within the states of Ohio and New York, as well as for H.A.V.I.C. SQUARED, and all performances requiring more than one artist/spokesperson. Please contact us for details.
